Place the measuring tape under the arms and measure across the middle of the chest

Measure around your natural waist, find it by bending your body slightly to the side and find the crease.

Measure across the widest place around the hip and butt
4. SLEEVE
Measure from the top of the shoulder down.
5. LENGTH TOP
Measure from the shoulder down to the hip.
6. LENGTH LEG
Measure from hip to ankle.
7. INSEAM
Measure from the crotch down to the ankle.
8. LEG OPENING
