We ship with trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery:
Correos, Correos Express, Zeleris, UPS, FedEx, and GLS.

In Spain we usually use: Zeleris or Correos (24–48 hours)

In Portugal we usually use: Correos Express (24–48 hours)

Rest of the EU: 2–6 days, depending on where you live

We currently ship from Spain to the following EU countries:
France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovenia, and Bulgaria.

  • Free shipping in Spain and Portugal

  • EU Shipping - Free Shipping on all orders over €55

  • Orders under €55: Fixed shipping cost €5.90


Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery: 1-5 working days


Norway

At this time, we do not ship to Norway, including Svalbard and Jan Mayen.

Stock Availability

On rare occasions, an item may be unavailable due to incorrect stock status or supplier issues.
If this happens, we will contact you by email or phone and offer:

  • A replacement product, or

  • An equivalent alternative (if available)

You are always informed before any changes are made.


Damaged or Lost Parcels

Elliotti is responsible for items that are damaged or lost during delivery.

Please check your package upon arrival.
Any claims for transport damage should be reported within a reasonable time after receiving your order.


Uncollected Parcels

If a parcel is not collected within 14 days and is returned to us, a fee of €30 will be charged. This covers administration, shipping, return shipping, and handling.
