Usage tips

1. Immune Support: Add a drop of cinnamon essential oil to a glass of warm water and honey to boost your immune system, especially during cold and flu season.

2. Oral Health: Mix a drop of cinnamon oil with coconut oil and use it as a mouthwash. Cinnamon's antibacterial properties can help freshen your breath and promote oral health.

3. Muscle aches & pains: mix 3 drops of Cinnamon with 1 teaspoon (5ml) of jojoba oil and apply it to the area of concern.

Foot bath: Mix 2 drops cinnamon, 5 drops rosemary essential oil with 15ml carrier oil and blend into warm water. Put your feet in the water for 10 minutes. To relax and warm tired or cold feet after a challenging day.

4. Hair Growth: Add a few drops of cinnamon oil to your shampoo or conditioner to stimulate hair follicles and promote hair growth.

5. Air Freshener: Diffuse cinnamon oil to create a warm, inviting atmosphere in your home. It's perfect for the holiday season or whenever you want a cozy ambiance. Blend with sweet orange, clove, pine or mandarin for a Christmas scent.

Make a house spray for Christmas:
2 drops Pine
8 drops Mandarin
1 drop Cinnamon
2 drops Clove
Dilute in 300ml of water in a plant mister. Shake before each use.

Firewood oil
When making Christmas logs for fire, apply 1-3 drops of Cinnamon essential oil to a log, allowing enough time for the essential oil to soak into the wood and dry before using. Enjoy the scent of the Holidays!

7. Cleaning Agent: Cinnamon oil's antibacterial properties make it an effective addition to homemade cleaning solutions. Mix it with water and vinegar for a natural cleaner with a pleasant scent.

8. Insect Repellent: Cinnamon oil can deter ants and other insects. Mix it with water and spray it around entry points in your home.

Always remember to dilute cinnamon essential oil with a carrier oil before applying it to your skin, and do a patch test to check for any skin sensitivities. Additionally, consult with a healthcare professional before using it for specific health purposes, especially if you have any underlying health conditions.

In cooking, its delicate flavor, both spicy and sweet , is used in many culinary recipes. Very powerful on an olfactory level , its aphrodisiac scent makes you smile.

Always use essential oil diluted in a suitable medium (e.g. honey, vegetable oil, etc.)

Soluble in alcohol, fatty substances (vegetable oils and butters) and emulsions (creams).

Insoluble in water. It is however possible to use it as a mixture in these types of products but pre-mixed with Solubol (in this case you must add 4 times more solubol than essential oil).

    General Guidelines for Diffusing Around Pets:
    1. Diffusion Time: Limit diffusing sessions to 15-20 minutes.
    2. When trying a new essential oil, use 1-2 drops (in the diffuser) and observe how your dog or cat reacts.
    3. Ventilation: Keep the area well-ventilated.
    4. Observation: Always monitor pets for any signs of distress when diffusing essential oils.

    Precautions for use

    Always use essential oil diluted to a maximum of 20% in a vegetable oil or in another suitable medium.
    Cinnamon essence is dermocaustic, it can cause an allergy and is irritating to the skin and mucous membranes, which is why it should never be used pure but diluted in a vegetable oil.

    Do not use in pregnant or breastfeeding women, in children under 12 years of age, or in individuals with epilepsy, asthma or allergies to any of its components.
    Best avoided if using multiple medications or anticoagulants. Consult a specialist for any other indications.

    Precautions for Pets:
    If your pet has a clotting or bleeding disorder, or if they take an anticoagulant, avoid these oils. This also goes for these oils: Wintergreen, Blue Tansy, Birch, Cassia, Cinnamon, Clove, Fennel, Marjoram, Oregano, Patchouli, and Thyme.

    If your pet is on an anti-diabetic drug, avoid these oils unless carefully monitoring blood glucose: Cassia, Cinnamon, Dill, Fennel, Lemongrass, Marjoram, Melissa, Myrrh, and Oregano.

    If your pet is pregnant, avoid these oils: Arborvitae, Basil, Birch, Cassia, Cinnamon, Rosemary, Thyme, and Wintergreen.
