Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
You have the right to return eligible products within 30 days of receiving your order.
Non-returnable items
For health, hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or unsealed products, including but not limited to:
- Essential oils
- Hydrosols
- Vegetable oils
- Food supplements
- Teas and herbal infusions
- Gemmotherapy extracts
- Herbal extracts and tinctures
- Cosmetics and personal care products
- Aroma diffusers may be returned only if unused and in their original packaging.
This restriction does not affect your statutory rights in the case of defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.
How to return an item
If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact us at post@elliotti.com before sending your return.
- Return the unused item in its original packaging.
- Include your order number and full name inside the parcel.
- Let us know whether you would like an exchange or a refund.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

Please note that we do not accept in-person returns. All returns must be sent by post.
For unclaimed parcels returned to Elliotti, shipping and return shipping costs incurred by Elliotti may be deducted from the refund.
Complaint
We do our utmost to ensure that the products you receive are of the highest quality. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied item, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 30 days after receiving your order.
If possible, please include photographs and/or video showing the issue to help us process your claim more quickly.
