Shipping Within the EU

We currently ship from Spain to the following EU countries:

France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovenia, and Bulgaria.

Other EU Countries
  • Free shipping on orders over €55
  • Fixed shipping fee of €5.90 on orders below €55

  • All orders are shipped from Spain.
  • All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT.

Stock Availability

While we make every effort to keep our inventory accurate, occasional stock discrepancies may occur.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you by email and offer the choice of:

  • Waiting for the item to become available
  • Replacing it with another product of your choice
  • Receiving a full refund

No substitutions will be made without your approval.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

Elliotti is responsible for products that are damaged or lost during transit before delivery.

Please inspect your parcel upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if:

  • Your package arrives damaged
  • Items are missing
  • You believe your parcel has been lost in transit

Where possible, please include photographs to help us investigate and resolve the issue quickly.

Uncollected Parcels

If a parcel is not collected and is returned to us, Elliotti reserves the right to deduct any actual shipping, return shipping, and handling costs incurred from the refund.
