Carriers We Use

We ship with trusted carriers to ensure reliable home delivery: Correos and Correos Express.

  • Spain: Correos (24–72 hours)

  • Portugal: Correos Express (24–48 hours)

  • Rest of the EU: Correos (2–6 business days, depending on your location)

International Deliveries

Once your parcel arrives in your country, your national postal service takes over and handles the final delivery to your address.

You can continue tracking your parcel using the same tracking number provided when your order was shipped.

Shipping Within the EU

We currently ship from Spain to the following EU countries:
France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Croatia, Estonia, Greece, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovenia, and Bulgaria.


Shipping Costs

  • Spain & Portugal: €2.90 shipping, free from €39

  • EU countries: €5.90 shipping, free from €59.

  • Estimated delivery: 1-6 working days

  • All items are shipped from Spain

  • All prices are shown in EUR and include VAT


Stock Availability

On some occasions, an item may be unavailable due to incorrect stock status or supplier issues.
If this happens, we will contact you by email and offer:

  • a replacement product, or

  • an equivalent alternative (if available)

  • or ask if it is okay to wait for the product.


Damaged or Lost Parcels

Elliotti is responsible for items that are damaged or lost during delivery.

Please check your package upon arrival.
Any claims for transport damage should be reported within a reasonable time after receiving your order.


Uncollected Parcels

If a parcel is not collected within 14 days and is returned to us, the shipping costs incurred will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer.
