How to Enjoy Your Himalayan Salt Massage Lamp

For a warm massage
1. Place the four salt spheres inside the bowl and switch on the lamp.
2. After approximately 10–15 minutes, the spheres should feel slightly warm.
3. After 20–30 minutes, they may reach a pleasantly warm temperature suitable for massage.
4. Always check the temperature of each sphere in your hand before placing it against the skin.
5. Apply a little massage oil to the skin and gently roll a sphere over the area using continuous, comfortable movements.

For a cool massage
The salt spheres can also be used without warming them. Enjoy the natural coolness of the crystal while gently rolling the spheres over the skin.

A simple evening ritual
