Uses: Food
As a cold or hot seasoning

Make a moisturizing blend to use in the shower:
Fill an empty 100 or 200 ml bottle with coconut oil, and add 15 drops of Lavender or any other essential oil you prefer.
Shake well and use at the end of every shower - apply to your entire body and massage it in. Rinse with water and then dab dry with your towel.
