To promote healthy breast tissue and reduce breast inflammation, use Frankincense oil 4 drops with 1 teaspoon (5ml) of carrier oil and massage thoroughly into the breast.
Brittle nails
To strengthen nails mix 2 drops with 1/2 teaspoon (2,5ml) of coconut oil (It is rich in fatty acids that help nourish and strengthen the nails, preventing breakage and brittleness. Add 3 drops of frankincense oil to a steam inhalation, and inhale for 2-3 minutes. Frankincense soothes a cough and helps to expel any mucus in the respiratory tract. Repeat twice a day until the symtoms clear.
Heavy menstrual bleeding
Frankincense oil helps to tone the uterus and relieve heavy menstrual bleeding. Mix 5 drops with 1 tablespoon (15ml) of carrier oil, and massage into the abdomen.

Reduce internal chatter and revitalize the mind by diffusing 5 drops of frankincense in an aroma diffuser or inhaling deeply from the bottle, or placing 2 drops on a tissue and inhale regularly.
Immun system
Frankincense oil is a great immune system booster as it helps to clear internal and external wounds, fight infection, and kill any germs. Mix 8 drops of frankincense oil with 2 tablespoons (30ml) of carrier oil, and massage into the whole body. You can also dilute 6 drops of the oil in 1 tablespoon (15ml) of carrier oil and add to a bath with warm water.

Mix 4 drops with 1 tablespoon (15ml) of coconut oil, and massage into the face and neck. Leave the oil to absorb into the skin, and repeat twice daily. Frankincense oil's astringent properties help to balance oily skin, cleanse and tighten open pores, and help maintain skin elasticity.
Scarring
Frankincense oil promotes the growth of new skin cells, which grow over scar tissue to eventually smooth the skin. Mix 2 drops of the oil with 1/2 teaspoon (2,5ml) of coconut oil, and gently massage into scar tissue.
