A little history

A favorite dish of Koalas in Australia, fresh Eucalyptus leaves were also once used by Australian Aborigines. The delicate smell of Eucalyptus leaves is linked to the oil glands present on the leaves, which when they capture the sun, release their abundant nectar. Lemon Eucalyptus has the same characteristics as all other Eucalyptus: rounded young leaves, lanceolate adult leaves with white flowers and hemispherical and woody fruits.
