Acne
As an antiseptic astringent, with bactericidal properties, grapefruit makes an ideal oil to use in the treatment of acne. Mix 5 drops of the oil with 1 teaspoon (5ml) och jojoba oil, and massage into the face and neck. If you prefer to use Aloe Vera Gel instead; add 3 drops to half a teaspoon, and apply directly over pimples.

Mood lifter
Diffuse 6-10 drops in your home, or place 2 drops on a tissue, and inhale regularly.

Arthritis
With grapefruit's diuretic properties, it helps to eliminate waste materials such as uric acid, which is a common cause of arthritis. Mix 8 drops of the oil in 2 tablespoons (30ml) of carrier oil, and massage on the major joints of the body such as shoulders, hips, wrists, and ankles. Repeat daily.

Cellulite
For small areas: mix 6 drops with 1 tablespoon (15ml) coconut oil, and firmly massage into the area.
For larger areas: mix 8 drops with 2 tablespoons (30 ml) of carrier oil of your choice. Repeat every day for fantastic results!

Digestion
Grapefruit oil stimulates the secretion of gastric juices and bile in the tummy, therefor mix 5 drops of grapefruit with 1 teaspoon (5ml) of carrier oil, and massage on your tummy in circular, clockwise movements.

Healthy shiny hair
Add 5 drops to 240ml of shampoo, and it will strengthen the hair follicle and leave your hair with a beautiful shine.

Dandruff
Mix 5 drops of grapefruit oil with 1 teaspoon (5ml) of olive oil and massage into the scalp. Leave for 10 min and before adding water to rinse, massage in your shampoo first and then add water. Prevents the hair to be oily afterward.

Immune boost
Grapefruit oil is rich in vitamin C and antioxidants, which help the immune system to be strong and protected against colds and flu. Diffuse 5-10 drops in your home. Add 5 drops in 1 teaspoon of carrier oil, and massage into the soles of the feet. Repeat regularly especially during the winter months.

Jet lag
Mix 5 drops of grapefruit oil with 1 teaspoon (5ml) of jojoba oil, and massage into the chest, and front and back of the neck. Inhale regularly from the bottle
