In a bowl with warm water place 4 drops of Clary sage and 4 drops of Frankincense. Use a 100% natural cloth, unbleached if possible. Put the cloth in the bowl squeeze out the excess water, and then place it over the

Diffuse 2 drops of clary sage, 2 drops of basil, 2 drops of lavender.
