Usage tips

1️⃣ Stress, Anxiety & Depression Relief 😌
Encourages joy & optimism! Diffuse 5-10 drops at home when feeling nervous or stressed. For a body mist, add 15 drops to a spray bottle with 300ml of filtered water (or hydrosol) and spray over the upper body. Shake well before use.

2️⃣ Diarrhea Relief 💨
Mix 4 drops with 1 teaspoon (5ml) of carrier oil and massage into the abdomen to soothe digestion.

3️⃣ Fluid Retention Balance 💦
Helps remove excess water from the body. Blend 8 drops with 2 tablespoons (30ml) of carrier oil and massage onto affected areas.

4️⃣ High Blood Pressure Support (Hypotensive) ❤️
Mix 4 drops with 1 teaspoon (5ml) of carrier oil and massage over the heart center to help lower blood pressure naturally.

5️⃣ Immune System Booster 🦠💪
Protects against colds & flu. Mix 4 drops with 1 teaspoon (5ml) of carrier oil and massage onto your feet.

Add 10 drops to 300ml of water in a spray bottle (or hydrosol) and spritz around the home to neutralize odors. Perfect for bathrooms, kitchens, or gym bags!

Add 5 drops to a damp washcloth and place it in the shower (away from direct water flow). The steam will release the citrusy aroma, helping you feel refreshed & energized.
Always use essential oil diluted in a suitable medium (example: vegetable oil, honey, etc.)

Soluble in alcohol, fatty substances (vegetable oils and butters) and emulsions (creams).

Insoluble in water. It is however possible to use it as a mixture in these types of products but pre-mixed with Solubol (in this case you must add 4 times more solubol than essential oil).

General Guidelines for Diffusing Around Pets:
  1. Diffusion Time: Limit diffusing sessions to 15-20 minutes.
  2. When trying a new essential oil, use 1-2 drops (in the diffuser) and observe how your dog or cat reacts.
  3. Ventilation: Keep the area well-ventilated.
  4. Observation: Always monitor pets for any signs of distress when diffusing essential oils.
