Usage tips

💜 For Bruises
Use: Topical massage to support circulation and healing.
Blend Tip (2% dilution for adults):

30 ml carrier oil (like arnica-infused oil or jojoba)
6 drops Nutmeg essential oil

Optional: Add 4 drops Helichrysum or Lavender for enhanced healing

Application: Gently massage into the bruised area 1–2 times a day. Avoid broken skin.

🍊 For Cellulite
Use: Body oil or massage blend to stimulate circulation and detoxification.
Blend Tip (2% dilution for adults):

30 ml carrier oil (like grapeseed or sweet almond)
5 drops Nutmeg essential oil
5 drops Grapefruit essential oil
2 drops Cypress essential oil

Application: Massage in circular motions on affected areas daily, ideally after showering.

❄️ For Dandruff
Use: Scalp treatment to reduce flakes and microbial buildup.
Blend Tip (1% dilution):

30 ml jojoba or coconut oil
3 drops Nutmeg essential oil
Optional: Add 3 drops Tea Tree or Rosemary

Application: Massage gently into the scalp and leave for 20–30 minutes before washing. Use 1–2 times a week.

💧 For Dry Skin / Dry Scalp
Use: Nourishing body or scalp oil to promote hydration and stimulate circulation.
Blend Tip (1% dilution):

30 ml carrier oil (like avocado or argan)
3 drops Nutmeg essential oil

Optional: Add 2 drops Lavender or Geranium for added moisture support

Application: Apply to dry patches of skin or massage into the scalp before showering.

🛡️ For Minor Skin Infections
Use: Spot treatment oil (never apply undiluted).
Blend Tip (2% dilution for adults):

10 ml carrier oil (jojoba is ideal)
2 drops Nutmeg essential oil

Optional: Add 1 drop Tea Tree or Thyme linalool for extra antimicrobial action

Application: Dab gently onto affected area 2x daily with a clean cotton swab. Avoid open wounds.

🌿 For Insect Bites & Stings
Use: Soothing anti-itch and anti-swelling spot treatment.
Blend Tip (1% dilution):

10 ml aloe vera gel or calendula oil
2 drops Nutmeg essential oil

Optional: 1 drop Lavender or Chamomile

Application: Apply a small amount to bites/stings 2–3 times a day. Always patch test first.

✨ For Stretch Marks
Use: Body oil to support skin regeneration and elasticity.
Blend Tip (2% dilution):

50 ml carrier oil (rosehip, tamanu, or macadamia are great choices)
10 drops Nutmeg essential oil

Optional: 5 drops Frankincense or Neroli for added skin benefits

Application: Massage gently into stretch mark areas once daily after showering.

🌱 For Pimples (spot treatment)
Use: Targeted application to reduce inflammation and bacterial buildup.
Blend Tip (1% dilution):

10 ml carrier oil (like hazelnut or jojoba)
2 drops Nutmeg essential oil

Optional: 1 drop Tea Tree or Lavender

Application: Use a cotton swab to dab onto individual blemishes once a day (preferably at night).

Food Flavoring: Approved for use as a food flavoring (FEMA No.: 2793 / CoE No.: 296n).

Food Dosage:

Add 1 drop to a dish intended for 5 people. Never exceed a 2% dilution.

Always dilute essential oil in a suitable carrier such as vegetable oil, honey, or other compatible substances.

Solubility:

Soluble: In alcohol, fatty substances (like vegetable oils and butters), and emulsions (such as creams).

Insoluble: In water. However, it can be used in water-based products when pre-mixed with Solubol. In this case, use 4 times more Solubol than essential oil.

General Guidelines for Diffusing Around Pets:
  1. Diffusion Time: Limit diffusing sessions to 15-20 minutes.
  2. When trying a new essential oil, use 1-2 drops (in the diffuser) and observe how your dog or cat reacts.
  3. Ventilation: Keep the area well-ventilated.
  4. Observation: Always monitor pets for any signs of distress when diffusing essential oils.
