Dear Susann, thank you so much much for my very carefully and beautifully packed order. It is much appreciated. I am looking forward to using my products.

Hello, I just wanted to thank you for the package I received. Not only did it arrive perfectly, but it was also beautifully packaged. The note and the beautiful pendant you included as a gift made me so excited. You can see the love and dedication you put into what you do, and the truth is that opening the package was a very special experience, very different from most online purchases, and I wanted to let you know. In the end, it's the little details that make the difference. Thank you so much! I will definitely trust you again. All the best

We live in Spain and need reliable sun protection for the whole family. We’ve used Piz Buin for years and were always happy with it – until we tried Certified Organic Sun Oil SPF 30 and Karanja Beach Oil from Elliotti. Now we’ll never go back! These oils feel amazing on the skin, provide excellent protection, and give us a smoother, more even tan.

I recently ordered lavender hydrosol for my hairmist spray from Elliotti and I just want to say how impressed I was with both the product and the service. I had a concern about the delivery, and Susann responded to my email incredibly quickly and kindly. She provided clear information and followed up with care, which made me feel valued and supported as a customer. The product itself is excellent - high quality and exactly as it was described in the site and exactly what I was hoping for. The delivery was smooth, and once I double-checked, I found that it had actually arrived on time, just as they mentioned. I truly appreciate Susann’s professionalism, kindness, and fast support. This kind of service builds trust, and because of that, I’ll definitely be buying again and more things in the near future😊. Highly recommended!

Good afternoon SusannI just received the order (Lilia Aroma Diffuser). It arrived super fast. What a surprise to find such a beautiful gift and a lovely card of gratitude in the package. I loved it and I will definitely continue buying products because it gave me a feeling of care and dedication to their customers. Thank you very much indeed. I'm sending you a photo so you can see how pretty the necklace looks with the pendant.Thank you very much 🙏

After trying the Pierre d’Alun deodorant, I stopped buying any other kind. It feels so natural and gentle on the skin, yet it gives the best protection I’ve ever had against sweat and odor. Highly recommended!

Hello dear Elliotti Team, At the beginning of August, I received a wonderful cocoa butter from you. There was a beautiful gift included with the delivery, and I would like to thank you very much for it! Someone is putting a lot of love and passion into their business - really great!! …and I can actually make very good use of the stone :-))! Once again, many heartfelt thanks for the great service, and all the best!

Since we bought our first bottle of Jojoba Oil from Elliotti.com, we’ve stopped using moisturizers and face creams altogether. Now we only use Jojoba Oil – on both face and body. It doesn’t clog pores, doesn’t stain clothes, and leaves the skin soft and perfectly hydrated. It’s become a daily essential for the whole family!

Dear Susann, I hope you are doing well! I just would like to send you my warmest regards and to say thank you for your kind emails in relation to my order. The spray bottles arrived safely a few weeks ago and they are exactly as I wanted them. I am also really pleased about your small gift! It was a pleasure to order at Elliotti!

Dear SusannI tried the products purchased (Neutral Organic Cleansing Gel and Monoi de Tahiti Oil) and I was extremely satisfied with the quality. I would like to express my compliments and let you know that from now on I will always buy your products. Kind regards Cristina
