• Depurative - cleanses and removes impurities and toxins from the blood; purifies the blood
• Digestive - improves the function of the stomach, increases appetite, and helps with digestion
• Diuretic - helps to increase the production of urine
• Sedative - reduces mental excitement or irritability, and reduces physical activity
• Stimulant - increases alertness of the mind, and boosts energy. Raises levels of physiological or nervous activity in the body
• Tonic - refreshes, revitalizes and invigorates body functions

Stress, anxiety, depression
Encouraging feelings of joy and optimism. When nervous or stressed, diffuse 5-10 drops in your home. You can also add 15 drops to a spray bottle filled with 300ml of filtered water (or use a hydrosol instead), and spray over the upper body during times of stress. Shake well before use.

Diarrhea
Mix 4 drops with 1 teaspoon (5ml) of carrier oil and massage into the abdomen.

Fluid retention
Balancing fluid retention in the body by removing excess water. Blend 8 drops with 2 tablespoons ( 30ml) of carrier oil, and massage on the affected area.

High blood pressure (Hypotensive)
Mix 4 drops with 1 teaspoon (5ml) of carrier oil, and massage over the heart center. Orange oil has hypotensive properties, helping to lower blood pressure.

Immune system booster
Protects against colds or flu. Mix 4 drops with 1 teaspoon carrier oil and massage onto your feet.

Digestion aid
Mix 4 drops with 1 teaspoon of carrier oil and massage on the upper and lower abdomen in a clockwise direction. This will promote the secretion of digestive juices and bile in the stomach.

Insect repellent
A very natural effective insect repellent. Diffuse 5-10 drops of the oil, or place 3 drops on cotton balls, and leave them on various surfaces around the house.

Insomnia
Orange oil has a sedative effect on the mind, helping to induce sleep. Place 1 drop on your pillow before bedtime, and/or diffuse 4 drops of Orange essential oil together with 3 drops of lavender essential oil at bedtime and during the night.

Detox
Dilute 7 drops of orange essential oil in 1 tablespoon (15ml) carrier oil, and add to a warm Epsom salt bath. Orange oil has an invigorating effect on the lymphatic system. You can also mix 4 drops with 1 teaspoon (5ml) of carrier oil, and massage into your feet.

Use: Food flavoring (FEMA n°: 2825 / CoE n°: 143n)
Food dosage: 4 drops in a dish for 5 people (never exceed 2%)

Always use essential oil diluted in a suitable medium (example: vegetable oil, honey, etc.)

Soluble in alcohol, fatty substances (vegetable oils and butters) and emulsions (creams).

Insoluble in water. It is however possible to use it as a mixture in these types of products but pre-mixed with Solubol (in this case you must add 4 times more solubol than essential oil).
