Let the crisp, invigorating scent of the forest into your home with our Organic, 100% pure, and natural Scots Pine essential oil. Steam distilled from the fresh green needles of the Pinus sylvestris tree, this oil captures the essence of the wild pine forests stretching from the mountains of Europe to the vast lands of Siberia.

Scots Pine has long been treasured for its purifying and revitalizing properties. Traditionally used to support respiratory health and clear the air, its clean, resinous aroma brings a deep sense of freshness and clarity. Even Hippocrates, the father of medicine, praised pine resin for its purifying qualities.

This essential oil is ideal for diffusing during the colder months or after a long day when you need a little fresh mountain air. Add it to your diffuser to create a grounding atmosphere or use it in massage blends to refresh tired muscles.

Interesting fact:
The Scots Pine is the only native pine tree in Northern Europe and can live for over 700 years! Its tall, straight form and distinctive reddish bark have made it a symbol of resilience and endurance across cultures.

Key benefits:
– Fresh, forest-like aroma
– Supports clear breathing
– Naturally purifying
– Uplifting and grounding

    Usage tips

Use: Food flavouring (FEMA no.: 2906 / CoE no.: 341n)
Recommended dosage: 1 drop per dish serving 5 people (do not exceed 2%)

Always dilute essential oils in a suitable carrier before use- such as vegetable oil, honey, or another appropriate base.

Soluble in alcohol, fats (like vegetable oils and butters), and emulsions (such as creams).

Insoluble in water. However, it can be used in water-based preparations if first blended with a dispersant like Solubol. In this case, use a ratio of 4 parts Solubol to 1 part essential oil.

    Detox
Dilute 4 drops in 1 tablespoon (15ml) of carrier oil, and add to a warm bath with Epsom salt. The pine oil has diuretic properties which result in increased urination. This again leads to faster elimination of toxins and wastes from the body.

    Mental fatigue
Diffuse at home (5-10 drops) This will help to revitalize the nervous system which gives an invigorated mind.

    Sinus congestion
Pine oil clears mucus from the nasal passageways, allowing you to breathe more easily. Add 3 drops to a steam inhalation, and inhale directly from the bottle regularly.

    Muscular aches and pains
Dilute 4 drops in 1 tablespoon (15ml) of carrier oil, and add to a warm bath. Pine oil helps ease aching muscles and reduce inflammation. You can also mix 4 drops of pine oil with 1 tablespoon (15ml) of carrier oil, and massage into sore muscles (very good after exercise).

    Dandruff
Mix 4 drops with 1 tablespoon (15ml) of coconut or olive oil, and massage into the scalp. Leave for 30 minutes and wash your hair as normal. Pine oil promotes the elimination of toxins from the scalp and helps to clear dead, scaly skin.

    Arthritis and rheumatism
Pine oil eases the pain in joints and reduces inflammation around joints. Mix 3 drops with 1 tablespoon (15ml) of carrier oil and massage into painful joints.

    Bronchitis
Add 3 drops to steam inhalation, or mix 3 drops with 1 teaspoon (5ml) of carrier oil, and massage into the chest area. Pine oil has excellent expectorant properties and is therefore effective at loosening phlegm and mucus from the respiratory tract, relieving bronchitis.

Swollen or puffy feet and ankles
Mix 4 drops of pine essential oil in 2 teaspoons (10 ml) of carrier oil or an organic cream. Massage the legs with long strokes, always moving from the ankles upwards. Repeat daily.

    Sore throat and coughing
Add 4 drops of pine essential oil in hot water and make a steam inhale tent with a towel. Inhale deeply for 3 minutes. Keep your eyes closed. Inhalations of pine are also good for colds, catarrh, and sinusitis.

    Athlete's Foot
Pine oil is effective at clearing fungal infection and preventing it from spreading. Mix 3 drops of pine essential oil with 1 teaspoons (5 ml) of coconut oil, and massage into the foot and in between the toes.
