Arthritis
Mix 4 drops with 1 teaspoon (5ml) of carrier oil, and massage into the affected area. Helichrysum oil helps to relieve pain and swelling, because of its anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties.

Athlete's foot
This oil can help destroy and hinder the spread of the fungal bacteria which causes athlete's foot. Mix 3 drops with 1 teaspoon (5ml) of coconut oil, and massage into the feet and toes. It's important to clean your feet before applying the oil.

Bruises
Mix 2 drops with 1/2 teaspoon (2,5ml) of carrier oil, and gently massage over the bruise twice daily. Helichrysum helps to speed up the healing of bruises.

Cold sores
Its antiviral properties help to kill the viral infection and speed up the healing process. Mix 1 drop of helichrysum oil with 1 drop of coconut oil, and apply to the cold sore directly using a cotton bud.

Coughing
Mix 3 drops with 1 teaspoon (5ml) of carrier oil, and massage on the chest area. You can also add 2 drops to a steam inhalation and inhale deeply for 2-3 minutes. Repeat 2 times a day. Helichrysum oil helps to clear excess mucus from the respiratory tract and provides relief from coughing.

Detox
Helichrysum has diuretic properties and therefore helps to cleanse the liver because it promotes increased urination. This speeds up the elimination of wastes and toxins from the blood. Mix 4 drops in 1 teaspoon (5ml) of carrier oil, and add to a warm bath with Epsom salt. If you do not have a bath, you can mix 3 drops with 1 teaspoon of carrier oil, and massage into the feet, or the upper left abdominal region.

Indigestion
Mix 4 drops with 1 teaspoon (5ml) of carrier oil, and massage into the abdomen in a clockwise direction. Helichrysum helps to neutralize stomach acids that cause heartburn and promotes the secretion of bile in the stomach.

Mature skin
Helichrysum helps to rejuvenate older skin by promoting the removal of dead skin cells and stimulating the production of new cells. Mix 4 drops of the oil with 1 teaspoon (5ml) of coconut oil, and massage onto your face and neck. You can also add 2 drops to your day or night cream each day. Repeat daily.

Wrinkles
Mix 4 drops of the oil with 1 teaspoon (5ml) of coconut oil, and massage onto your face and neck. This will diminish fine lines and wrinkles. Use it regularly and it will help to delay the formation of wrinkles.

Use: Food flavoring (CoE n°: 225n)
Food dosage: 1 drop in a dish for 5 people (never exceed 2%)
Always use essential oil diluted in a suitable medium (for example vegetable oil, honey, etc.)
Soluble in alcohol, fatty substances (vegetable oils and butter), and emulsions (creams).
Insoluble in water. It is, however, possible to use it as a mixture in these types of products but pre-mixed with Solubol (in this case it is necessary to put 4 times more solubol than essential oil).

Skincare
Use in facial oils, creams, and lotions.

General Guidelines for Diffusing Around Pets:

1. Diffusion Time: Limit diffusing sessions to 15-20 minutes.
2. When trying a new essential oil, use 1-2 drops (in the diffuser) and observe how your dog or cat reacts.

4. Observation: Always monitor pets for any signs of distress when diffusing essential oils.
