Organic Borage Oil provides immense health benefits, containing the highest-known source of GLA (gamma linoleic acid). Borage Oil is anti-inflammatory and anti-thrombotic (reduces the formation of blood clots (thrombi), helping to lessen the severity of conditions such as eczema, arthritis, stretch marks, scarring, wrinkles, and rheumatism. For best results, combine with sweet almond oil.

  2. Moisturizes and hydrates the skin: Borage oil has a high concentration of linoleic acid, another type of omega-6 fatty acid that helps to keep the skin hydrated and moisturized. This makes it a good choice for people with dry or dehydrated skin.

  3. Improves skin elasticity: Borage oil helps to restore the skin's natural barrier function, which can improve skin elasticity and reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.

  4. Promotes wound healing: Borage oil's anti-inflammatory properties and GLA content can help to promote wound healing and reduce the appearance of scars.

  5. Soothes and calms irritated skin: Borage oil's anti-inflammatory and hydrating properties can help to soothe and calm irritated skin, making it a good choice for people with sensitive skin.

  6. Regulates sebum production: Borage oil can help to regulate sebum production, making it a good choice for people with oily or acne-prone skin.

  7. Protects against environmental damage: Borage oil's antioxidant properties can help to protect the skin from environmental damage caused by free radicals, such as pollution and UV rays.

  8. Nourishes the skin with vitamins and minerals: Borage oil is rich in vitamins and minerals that are essential for skin health, including vitamin E, vitamin A, and magnesium.

  9. Reduces the appearance of dark circles: Borage oil's anti-inflammatory properties can help to reduce the appearance of dark circles under the eyes.

  10. Promotes healthy hair growth: Borage oil can help to nourish and strengthen hair follicles, promoting healthy hair growth and preventing hair loss.

Overall, borage oil is a versatile and effective natural skincare oil that can be used to improve the overall health and appearance of the skin. It is a good choice for people of all skin types, including sensitive skin.

Here are some additional tips for using borage oil in skincare:
