Process of obtaining: Mechanical pressure of healthy and cold cleaned hazelnuts (first pressure) then successive filtrations on blotting paper.

Origin of the plant: Turkey

- Hazelnut vegetable oil is very rich in oleic acid, vitamin E, magnesium, potassium, and a source of omega 6.

- Hazelnut is the oleaginous fruit containing the highest lipid content.

- This hazelnut oil with an exceptionally pleasant taste and smell is made with hazelnuts mainly from the regions of the Mediterranean basin.

Vegetable oil crystallizes at a temperature below 10°C. Run the bottle under running hot water to liquefy the oil if necessary
