Simple Inhalation Ritual
Apply the roll-on to the inside of your wrists. Bring your wrists close to your nose and take 5–10 slow, deep breaths. Repeat in the evening or whenever you feel tension building.

Apply to wrists and gently to the solar plexus before bedtime. Sit quietly for a few minutes and focus on slow breathing to signal the body it’s time to rest.
