Hot Flash Spritzer
Fill the Organic Rose Hydrosol in the spray bottles and spray your face, neck and shoulders during a Hot Flash. In the 15ml bottle, add 1 drop of peppermint essential oil, and in the 50ml, add 4 drops of peppermint essential oil for a wonderful cooling effect. Make sure you shake the bottle well before spraying yourself.
The 15ml bottle is handy to keep in your purse.
Keep the 50ml in the fridge, and at night have it on your night stand to spray your face, and upper body when needed.
