Usage tips

Increase concentration:
Use it in your diffuser and feel how it refreshes and increases concentration.

Fever:
To control fevers, mix 15 drops of eucalyptus essential oil with 5 drops of peppermint essential oil. Fill up a small spray bottle with water (150-200 ml). Shake well and lightly mist your body every 1 to 2 hours until the temperature returns to normal.

Household cleaners:
Thanks to eucalyptus oils' antibacterial, antiviral, and antiseptic properties, it makes an effective household cleaner.
Fill a spray bottle (500ml) with warm water and put 15 drops of eucalyptus and 15 drops of lemon or lime in the bottle. Shake well and spray on surfaces in the kitchen, bathroom, or wherever you are cleaning. Cleaning has never been so invigorating!

Immune system:
Eucalyptus oil acts as a tonic for the body, protecting it from illness by boosting and strengthening the immune system. Mix 5 drops with 1 teaspoon (5ml) of jojoba oil or other carrier oil of your choice, and massage into the feet and heels.

Insect Bites and Stings:
Eucalyptus globulus oil's antiseptic properties protect bug bites and stings from infections, reduce itching and swelling and improves healing. Mix 2 drops with ½ teaspoon of coconut oil and gently massage onto the affected area. Repeat 2-3 times daily.

Ear Infection:
Eucalyptus oil helps to fight an ear infection, reduce inflammation, and ease any pain and discomfort. Mix 4 drops of the oil with 1 teaspoon (5ml) of carrier oil, and massage into the front and back og the ear. PS! Never pour the formula inside the eardrum.

Combat Jet Lag with Eucalyptus Oil:
Alleviate jet lag's effects by inhaling eucalyptus oil's invigorating aroma. Place 3 drops on a tissue or mix 5 drops with 1 teaspoon of carrier oil and massage on your chest. Eucalyptus' refreshing scent awakens the senses and promotes mental alertness, helping to combat fatigue and jet lag.

Steam Inhalation for Congested Airways:
Add 1 drop of eucalyptus oil to a bowl of hot water. Cover your head with a towel and inhale the steam to relieve congested airways and cold symptoms.

Foot Bath for Tired Feet:
Mix 5 drops of eucalyptus oil with 1 tablespoon of Epsom salt and add to a foot bath to refresh and soothe tired, aching feet.

Natural Air Purifier:
Diffuse eucalyptus oil in your home to purify the air and create a fresh and clean atmosphere. Perfect for keeping colds and flu at bay during the winter.

Muscle Relief:
Eucalyptus oil is known for its soothing effects on tired and sore muscles. Mix 5 drops with 1 tablespoon (15ml) of a carrier oil like sweet almond or coconut oil and massage onto the affected area after physical activity.

Sinus Relief Balm:
Create a simple balm to relieve sinus congestion by mixing 5 drops of eucalyptus oil with 1 teaspoon (5ml) of coconut oil. Apply a small amount under the nose or on the chest to clear stuffy sinuses and breathe easier.

Refreshing Shower Boost:
Add a few drops of eucalyptus oil to the floor of your shower before turning on the hot water. The steam will create a spa-like experience, clearing your respiratory system and leaving you feeling refreshed and energized.

Natural Deodorant:
Eucalyptus oil’s antimicrobial properties make it a great addition to homemade deodorant. Mix 2-3 drops with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and a small pinch of baking soda. Apply to underarms to stay fresh throughout the day.

DIY Breath Freshener:
For a natural breath freshener, dilute 1 drop of eucalyptus oil in a cup of warm water and use it as a mouth rinse. Swish for about 30 seconds to enjoy its refreshing and cleansing properties. (Be careful not to ingest.)

Scalp Refresh:
Add 2 drops of eucalyptus oil to your shampoo or mix 3 drops with 1 tablespoon of coconut oil and massage into the scalp. This helps to reduce dandruff, refresh the scalp, and promote healthier hair growth.

Soothe Sunburn:
Mix 5 drops of eucalyptus oil with 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel and gently apply to sunburned skin to reduce inflammation and promote faster healing.

All-Purpose Cleaner:
Recipe: Mix 500ml of warm water with 15 drops of eucalyptus essential oil, 15 drops of lemon essential oil, and 15ml of white vinegar in a spray bottle. Shake well before use.

Use: Spray on countertops, sinks, and other surfaces in the kitchen, bathroom, or any other area. Wipe clean with a cloth.

Disinfectant Spray:
Recipe: Mix 10 drops of eucalyptus oil with 100ml of distilled water and 50ml of rubbing alcohol in a spray bottle. Shake well before spraying.

Use: Spray on frequently touched surfaces like door handles and light switches. Let it air dry or wipe with a clean cloth.

Floor Cleaner:
Recipe: Add 10 drops of eucalyptus essential oil and 60ml of white vinegar to a bucket of warm water (around 2 liters).

Use: Mop hardwood, tile, or linoleum floors with this solution to disinfect and deodorize naturally.

Glass and Mirror Cleaner:
Recipe: Mix 250ml of water, 250ml of white vinegar, and 5 drops of eucalyptus oil in a spray bottle.

Use: Spray on glass surfaces and wipe clean with a microfiber cloth for a streak-free shine.

Toilet Cleaner:
Recipe: Add 10 drops of eucalyptus oil to 120ml of baking soda and sprinkle it into the toilet bowl. Scrub with a toilet brush, then flush.

Use: For extra cleaning power, add 120ml of white vinegar after scrubbing, let sit for 10 minutes, and then flush.

Mold and Mildew Cleaner:
Recipe: Combine 120ml of water, 120ml of white vinegar, and 10 drops of eucalyptus oil in a spray bottle.

Use: Spray on mold-prone areas like bathroom tiles or windowsills, let sit for 10-15 minutes, then scrub and rinse.

Laundry Freshener:
Recipe: Add 5-10 drops of eucalyptus essential oil to 50ml of water and pour it into your washing machine during the rinse cycle.

Use: This freshens laundry naturally and adds a pleasant scent while providing antibacterial benefits.

Always use the essential oil diluted in suitable support (ex: vegetable oil, honey...)

Insoluble in water. It is however possible to use it as a mixture in these types of products but pre-mixed with Solubol (in this case it is necessary to put 4 times more solubol than essential oil).

General Guidelines for Diffusing Around Pets:
