Para a pele: aplique algumas gotas de óleo de feno-grego na área afetada e massageie suavemente. Pode ser usado sozinho ou misturado com outros óleos veiculares.

Para cabelos: massageie o óleo no couro cabeludo e nos cabelos, deixe agir por pelo menos uma hora e depois lave com um xampu suave. Pode ser usado como tratamento pré-shampoo ou adicionado ao seu condicionador regular.
